RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Homoroo, we are committed to delivering quality home and kitchen products that make everyday living easier. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

Please include your order number and the reason for return in your email.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly email clear photos or videos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Final sale or promotional items
Homoroo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified regarding the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Homoroo is not responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, email support@tomorrow.com immediately with your order details.
