1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Homoroo is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
If an order is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

- We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate
Homoroo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been dispatched, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
